Technology Transfer is a complex process but the first hurdle is to assess if the technology will solve the need for which it is being evaluated. Further, considering a very intangible nature, it is even more difficult to determine a fair value at which we should buy/sell a particular technology.
With years of experience of being part of such deals, CFF recognizes all aspects that play a significant role in such transaction and also the ones that might become a hurdle at a later stage. With all these considerations, CFF can robustly recommend a fair value, a fair deal and payment structure for parties involved, to follow. The findings have to be presented in a logical manner so it can be understood (and if required, objectively contested) by the parties involved so as to reach a quick decision.
